Temperature Rising.

The tropical heat is searing. The rats are out, the earth under must be arid. The garden snails need interment, they committed suicide, too, by veering away from the damp spots I put them after the rescue.
I went out for a walk, following lovingangelsintead21's breather break example. Whewww, it was HOT.
Dashed back home and geared up for a mall walk instead. There was Buko Juice, refreshing enough to hydrate my parched constitution.
Watch your fluid intake. No less than eight glasses this height of summer.

Yes, in India , we also having severe heat because of summer! I understand one should get hydrated himself/herself in the summer as the dehydration can be very dangerous! Thanks @eileenleyva !

Heat exhaustion is dangerous. The health guides say they could lead to heat stroke. I am not sure about that, though.

Yes, drinking adequate amount of water prevents us from dehydration.

Yes, my sister said it is still chilly in LA. She lives there with my other siblings. Hope you have a fine, lovely summer. California has experienced one too many a difficult situation.
