@RasmaSandra very similar for me though I did go to school. Everyone there just looked shell shocked. One friend ordered and wore a Hang Mark Chapman tee shirt by the end of the same afternoon.

@arthurchappell I remember I was still at university and my mom had got used to listening to rock music along with me. We shared some favorites and John Lennon was one of them. That morning we heard the news on the radio and both my mom and I were left speechless. Needless to say, I did not go to classes that morning and I felt like just hiding under a rock. I also remember that after the announcement on the radio they played Just Like Starting Over.
