Macaroni and Cheese

I have to admit , one of my favorite foods ever since I was young and still today is macaroni and cheese. I like the home made recipes using the different cheeses like Valvetta, and I like the boxed kind. When I buy the boxed kind, I usually buy the no name brands because they are cheaper, even though on occasion I will buy Kraft (usually when it is on sale).
Do you like macaroni and cheese?

I love mac&cheese. Anything with cheese is euphoric to me.

Mac n cheese was my absolute favorite food growing up. But only the velvetta. Though I did eat kraft off and on.
I actually just had velvetta for the first time in 3-4 years, the other day, and it brought back my love for it!

I have added vegetables to it on occasion. I have also added a can of tuna fish to it and that creates a different way to eat it.

I love it and when I lived in the US I always had the Kraft. I could have made it here but somehow it never came out right. Strange type of cheeses here. Even had one grated and clumped in milk. Once I get back to the states I think I am going to make a weekly list and have mac and cheese once a week for at least a while.
