Hi, when I was out the other day I saw this. I have seen it before. Have you ever seen this before? What do you think they use these for? I cannot remember. I think they put things in them but cannot remember. Workers do this when working on an apartment inside. I cannot remember if they can move them up and down or not.

that's a homemade junk chute.we have contractors here that do that too.
