Earth Day

We celebrate Earth Day by respecting our planet. Unfortunately, a lot of politicians and world leaders did not get the memo. One of the worst abusers is Donald Trump. Trump and the Republicans in the House and Senate are doing their best to water down and eliminate vital environmental protections. They are making a mockery of Earth Day.

We should be taking good care of our Earth it is living will come back to get us. Earth quakes etc.

Letting industry dictate environmental policy is wrong. We do not need more toxic dumps. We do not need more acidic oceans and oil spills. We do not need to destroy our lakes. We do not need to send more hazardous chemicals into the air. People need government to be involved and fight for the environment and not against the environment.

@zebra2222 You are speaking to a converted. My PhD was about the protection of the environment in international laws, and it was more than 30 years ago when only a few people were sensible to environment. I am happy to not be a lawyer, people like Trump would make me jobless.
