i like listening to the song of an elusive bird here. it sounds like an angry bird but it looks so small. it does not hop, but it walks.

Looks like a mourning dove and looks like he is content. The birds really do seem to be having a good time all the time. Although from time to time I hear a shriek and see a bird of some kind or another in a hawk's clutches. I suppose THOSE birds are not having quite as leisurely a day.

This is a pigeon I think, we have many of them in my area, they have many colors: brown, brown and white, gray, gray with some metalic green purple tail. The bird seems quite content doesn't he/she? I just saw my first "cat bird" today. They come every spring and summer and are very curious birds. When I do yard work they actually will watch and sing.

Birds have nothing to worry about .. they are free to fly anywhere they want to ..

Actually, we do not know what worries them. They might be thinking of how to get food for his/her babies. Lol
