A letter from Brother Kenneth Copeland, that tells us to 'meditate on God's Promises in The Bible' ... sent with a 'bookmark' (what I use the little "memo card" (encyclical flier?) for) that has printed on it: "WE BELONG THERE! HEBREWS 4:16 "'WE ARE DOING KINGDOM BUSINESS BEFORE THE HIGHEST, MOST POWERFUL PLACE THAT EXISTS---THE THRONE OF GRACE' --Kenneth Copeland "I Belong AT HIS THRONE OF GRACE! "I AM GOD'S VERY OWN CHILD, and He is my very own Father. He loves me, and I love Him! (2nd Corinthians 6:18) "I AM SEATED in Christ Jesus, right next to my Father (Ephesians 2:6) "HE ALWAYS hears me when I pray according to His WORD (1st John 5:14) "MY FATHER'S WORDS--His promises--are His will for me. They are (in Him) 'yes' & 'Amen!' (2nd Corinthians 1:20) "I AM FREE to ask Him boldly. I belong at his throne of grace! (Hebrews 4:16)" I finally read 'the letter that came with that memo,' and was reminded of the letter's advice to 'meditate on those promises when I saw the video (at a page linked-to from myLot) http://www.yourepicbattle.com/finalshow where Darren Hardy (success-coach) says he'll help us discover the Promise that comes from winning The War Within. What does 'this concurrence' ('my reading that letter' with 'my planning to see that video') tell me? Well (probably because it also 'concurs' with my meditations on "confirmation bias") it tells me "what I've always believed": that the promise of my destiny is not in The Bible, but rather The Bible- (and 'the senses which God lets me use (for now)')-are tools I can use to quickly find the Promised Destiny! I think of James' "You show me your faith without works & I'll show you my faith by works!"
