Can't believe it

Well, my second daughter is off to school in September. We registered her at the same school as her older sister, who will be in Grade 1 in September. We got a letter this week saying that she will have orientation in May, where she will be able to go visit one of the kindergarten classes, while parents hear from the principal. It's nothing really new for us, as we did it with my eldest last year, but it's big for my second. So, we will be there with her on May 18. She's pretty excited about it, which is good. I'm glad that she is. Where did the time go? The picture is of my second daughter at Christmas.

Thanks. She is adorable, but I am her mother too. Yes, my eldest started kindergarten in September. We were doing the same for her a year ago. Doesn't feel like a year has passed. It makes me a little sad.

Time flies so quick. My son will be in grade 9 already. Was only yesterday when he was just two years old and just happy to be with me.

It's crazy how the time goes by so quickly. It seems like just yesterday I was bringing them from the hospital. Now my eldest is finishing kindergarten and we're getting my youngest girl ready for kindergarten.

@dodo19 Oh dear, you will have your hands full with multiple cuties! I wish you the best of luck with that! lol I only have one cutie to worry about, and I actually don't worry about her because she has a great head on her shoulders and can take good care of herself. She's 18 now, and has proven that she can handle the boys!

I could hardly believe it when mine got to school age. One minute they are babies and the next they are off to school. Your daughter in the picture really is gorgeous

@dodo19 It is difficult working and try giving them as much of hugging and loving as possible when they are very young. (When they grow up and want to be independent, I feel less guilty.)
