Back from the gym

On this gorgeous spring afternoon, I took my time walking real slow in my flops on the sidewalk and embraced the light breeze. I've made it on time for class and had a spare ten minutes before it started. Due to the nice weather, we had a fair amount of class mates, when we've used the regular balls for the prop du jour. No Michelle today. So I hope to see her soon this May before I won't see her this summer, due to her work schedule.
Here's what we did in class today (as I moved real slow) in no particular order:
1 100 Cycle and 3 Mini Peel-Ups and Full Peel-Ups
6 Single Leg Stretches and Single Straight Leg Stretches (3x/side)
6 Double Leg Stretches
5 V-Sits and 3 Plow Poses
2 Side Planks (1x/side) and 4 Planks (2 Extended Arm and Bent Elbow)
6 High Bicycles and Backpedals (3x/side)
2 Sidekick Series with Scissor Kicks (1x/side)
6 Leg Push-Backs and Knee Peel-Ups (3x/side for both)
3 Cat-Cows and 3 Cat Poses
I think that's all I can remember.
