Is it possible to Delete memories ?? / myLot

We often try to delete our bad memories.I just want to know is it possible to delete memories permanently?I think it is not possible.Every memory will remain irrespective of whether you try to rewind it or not.

Yes, it's not easy to forget memories... unless you have amnesia or memory loss

That is not possible to forget bad memories, but if you forgive the person behind that bad memory sincerely, then things will work for you and you won't feel that much agonized as your are now! Thanks dear friend @tom_view!
