He wants to make his presence known, and he'll do it by any means possible. And by God, is he effective at what he does. During the day he molds the clouds into whatever shape strikes his fancy at the moment. At night he makes sure the sky is clear and cloudless, so that the lovers and the dreamers may stare at the stars in wonder. He watches the humans as they rush outside to enjoy the warm weather to its fullest. Not content to simply stand back and observe, he joins them. Bonfires, fireworks, days at the beach, he's there for it all. Whenever you feel the wind blowing through your hair, or watch waves crashing onto the shore, that's him. But all good things must come to an end, of course. When the time comes, he reluctantly steps down and lets the next spirit take his place.
