It is really cute..it has been so long since I have seen it, if I ever saw the whole thing. It had the Chicago boys Bill Murray,Harold Ramis, and the late John Candy in it. John LaRoquette looks absurdly young in this film. It is hard to believe this movie is close to 40 years old!!!! Shock, shock..my how time flies. Do you ever watch an older movie and are surprised how old it really is??

I love Stripes! It's been so long since I've seen that movie! Now I want to watch it. My kids like Bill Murray, but they have never seen any of his old stuff like Stripes or Meatballs or Caddyshack.

I think Caddyshack is on tonight..on the Sundance channel..or sometime soon. They were advertsing it.

@snowy22315 I wasn't really referring to Stripes but even older ones where the language is sometimes very stilted. Or there might be a fantastic background but it's only a screen.

I've watched an old movie and marveled at how young these stars looked, Bing Crosby, Bob Hope, Dean Martin, Elvis, Jerry Lewis? They all looked amazing, as young men!

@kobesbuddy Not sure about that..but some look good despite their age..Helen Mirren is close to 80. Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin both look exceptionally good for their age.
