I have more games for my computer than any other console, and I would be lying if I said the computer hasn't won me over as the best option for gaming. BUT I will admit that I am fond of nintendo's handheld console. They are durabile, portable, and have a nice library of games to choose from. Anything portable is wonderful though. I appreciate being able to sit just about anywhere to play a game. I remember one particular instance where I was stuck at the DAV for 8 hours. The boredom would have been terrible if I hadn't had one with me.

I also am very fond of handhelds for puzzle games and such ... but love the graphics that come with a console such as ps4. I started on a Atari so it shouldn't make much of a difference but it does on certain games. I am admitting I am jealous of pc gamers for the huge variety of games available.

@Kitty2449 I am jealous of those nice gaming computers people build themselves that can handle those graphic heavy games. That is the route my husband is planning on going once he has the money for it. I just have a laptop for my gaming, Which is good enough for now. Graphics have never really been important must-haves for me. Its nice for some games especially where the visual experience is important, but I can still have just as much fun playing a text based or ASCII game.

I've never owned a video game console or played a video game that's new or fairly new.
Instead, the last time I played video games was back in the early 2000's.
Back then, I owned a Nintendo 64 as well as a Super Nintendo.
And I actually liked the Super Nintendo better than the 64, even though the 64 came out after the Super Nintendo.
The graphics of the 64 were a lot better than the Super Nintendo. Nonetheless, I didn't like the 64 because the games had no imagination to them, in my opinion. The games were either sports games or blow-away-the-bad-guy type games.

I too enjoyed the older consoles before the whole trophy system started but it is what it is . Now it's all multiplayer and your good based more on fast thinking and wits ^^ . I noticed your in Maine that's great I was born in skowhegan , such a beautiful place .

My favorite console is the PS4. I am playing ESO right now, which I know is available on other platforms, but I like using these controllers and my fun big curved T.V. I have a few other games I play, but ESO is my go to.
