I am grateful to an eBay rep...

I got this nice rep on eBay today. Her name happened to be Teresa too. LOL I was having trouble with an auction style listing, and needed her help. I wanted to do a few really cheap things, in order to help get sales going. Turns out that she helped me with stuff, that I never knew I needed help with... LOL She was giving me tips about shipping. I forgot about how the Global Shipping feature could actually benefit me . Apparently... All I need to do is be responsible for getting the product to Kentucky, and my end of the requirements are done. They take care of the tariff fees, and pricing to that particular country. If the product gets lost and/or damaged to that country, I do not lose my commissions. eBay eats the fees. Oh my... This is a big weight off my shoulders. It had been so long since I filled out forms to other countries at the post office, when I shipped overseas. I forgot about having to be responsible for all that stuff. Doing these updates triggered my memory about this program, and can remember how it made shipping overseas, so easy. She also told me that now that I am a part of this program, my listings will jump farther up the list, so I will get more exposure. A lot of overseas buyers trust this program, and prefer to do business with sellers who are a part of this program. She also showed me how I could block buyers who have a low and negative feedback rating, and/or who don't pay...so it eliminates potential problems in the future. I forgot about this feature too... And the really crazy thing... I forgot about the bulk listing feature. I have spent so much time making changes that I needed to make, once I realized I did something wrong...and it has taken me a good bit of time to go through each listing one by one; especially now that I am adding more listings. I forgot that I could have done those changes in one sweep. Maybe the delays in sales is God's mercy; especially with International shipping. God's timing is always perfect. Even if we don't understand something, or the delays...God does understand and will always have our backs. My store is looking better, and better. So...I am getting really excited about my first sale. When I think about it... My very first sale on eBay all those years ago...went to the United Kingdom. I love my International buyers. They kept me busy.

It is great to have help when needed. In times when everything is automated and you have to press a lot of buttons to actually talk to a real living person, getting efficient customer service is a relief!
