Many are disease causing and do nothing to promote health. * Remove as many stressers from your life as is possibe. Stress can lead to many diseases and can lead to weight gain and make you look older. * Getting just 30 minutes worth of exercise each day can not only improve your hormone levels but, reduces the risk of many diseases and make you look better.

Drinking enough water each day is so important. It flushes out toxins and such out of the body. Every organ in the body needs it to work efficiently.

I went to the dentist today and even he was saying that there is lots of hidden sugar in processed foods which in turn causes tooth decay.
