good night sleep

sometime i wonder how many of us a good night sleep every day. with so many mental and physical pressure we go through. as we know getting a good sleep is so essential to be in good shape so how good is your sleep.

Same with Jessa @Jessabuma. I have trouble getting a good night's sleep. How I wish I could get an eight hours of sleep every night.

I work till I get tired so for me sleeping is a not an issue , the only problem is i don't get sufficient time to get a continues sleep at a time, which is very important! Thanks dear @kanchan10 !

I manage to sleep atleast 6 hours. If you are not getting sleep, sit in vajrasana (it is a kneeling position sitting on the heels ) for 30 minutes. To begin start with 15 m . When you unfold , you immediately will go to sleep no matter whatsoever your problem. This pose is good for digestion.People having health issues should avoid.

True good night sleep is very important. Some people neglect it but it increases our efficiency and also we get good productivity the next day.

A good sleep is important for so many different reasons. I slept well laat night but that is usually not the case.
