Welfare hearing day, which started in some confusion, as they moved my consultant advisor from his usual desk to another department. I thought he was late until he sent word through one of his colleagues to tell me he was now downstairs. He could have texted or phoned me directly, but at least our meeting went OK in the end. He had little time left to deal with me due to the delay he had btought about himself so I just got my next appointment for in two weeks time in the end.
I headed to the community centre to job search and sorted out some photos for my publisher too while I was there.
In the evening I enjoyed phone calls with a friend from Manchester and my Mum. It was much colder today after the heatwave over the weekend.

@LadyDuck I think he was caught by surprise by the move too, and I sensed he would rather have been left at his usual desk - he was genuinely apologetic to me about it

@arthurchappell I think the weather in your country is perhaps more changeable than ours is although now we're in Melbourne and they always say Melbourne can have four seasons in one day.
