What do you get out of doing surveys? / myLot

I really do not like to do surveys, but I like the results. Surveys help me reach my swagbucks goals. Other surveys pay me about $3 each time. Some surveys send me products to try in addition to the incentives. One I got in the mail about watching television I passed on to hubby. It came with $2 in it. They have sent him more with money attached. I get points on other sites for surveys. You probably have had some of the same experiences.

I belong to a couple of survey sites. They can be pretty boring at times but they do bring in a few extra bucks. I get kicked off a lot. I don't eat enough junk food or buy enough different products to make the cut too often.

I get ones in the mail that take about an hour to complete. I hate doing them so much but they have already sent me the money in the envelope so then I feel obligated. It's always a $5 bill or $2 bill. Some survey sites pay well. I am mostly active here because it is fun but I do try to keep up with the survey sites as well just so I don't lose the points I've earned. It eventually adds up to a cash out. Right now I am testing it toilet paper then will be paid after I complete the follow up survey.

I did not get offered the toilet paper one, I don't guess. What I received is a new concept and I have to not talk about it. The one in the mail that came pre paid I gave to hubby. He does the store loyalty ones as well, we get fuel points.

@Tina30219 nope I have no idea how I even started getting these surveys. Most people just keep the money and don't fill out the surveys. I think I keep getting them a few a month because I'm one of the few who fill them out and send them back.

I don’t mind do surveys especially on swagbucks. There are other survey sites I belong to where I get points even if I don’t qualify for the whole survey which I like that.

@GardenGerty Swagbucks is one but only for so many surveys then after you reach That amount you don’t another one is Branded surveys use to be mintvine and another is Mypoints at mypoints it is the same as swagbucks you get points for taking so many then once you hit the amount you don’t.

I answer surveys and I like it, it helps me to have some extra money every now and then, some sites give me points that I exchange for presents and others send me vouchers to spend in some stores. I wish I had some more good survey sites.

Same here. Points, money, airmiles, free products. It's all good, until you get one that asks questions you can't answer.

I do not get airmiles, would have nothing to use them for, but yes, many of them ask questions I cannot answer.

NO, surveys are a waste of time, because at the end of the survey they say that my country does not qualify for the survey. They should check in advance. It's all the time the same story.

oh wow. I have not yet encountered a good survey site yet. I have a few but I think it will take a lifetime to reach the minimum payout.

I only do them if they will pay me. I hate these little pop up surveys all the time asking about any one of a million things.

I've done the TV survey and got the $2. I don't do the ones on SB very often because I don't qualify for most of them. I'm always surprised when I do qualify. I haven't done any product ones, and have been leery of doing those.

Pinecone is where I occasionally get a product. I always get paid, but it took me forever to get accepted. Right now it is my best survey site. I am frequently surprised at qualifying for swag bucks, but I try a few every day anyway.
