I didn't order a cookbook!

I am a TOTAL Parrothead (Jimmy Buffett fan--bet ya didn't see that coming at all, right? 
) so when I saw that there was an official Margaritaville cookbook being released, I initially scoffed at it. THEN I saw that Julia Turshen was a co-author and she is the co-author of many cookbooks and the sole author of Small Victories which is a cookbook that I've been into for the past 2 months and totally loving. That gave the book some cred in my, um, book. I put it in my Amazon cart but I just couldn't bring myself to buy it.
So tonight I was a BIG GIRL and requested it from the local library. Apparently they are still in the ordering phase of getting it, but I am #4 on the list of requesting it! My husband will be so happy to hear that I did NOT buy another cookbook. . . yet. If I love it, I will. I suspect that I will not, though. Stay tuned!

Ah, so you like Margarittaville, now I see why you hate my music. 
Cookbooks what good are they? Just throw a bunch of stuff together that sounds good. Guy mentality protect guy rights.

@NJChicaa Hell no, why I let my brother cook, he is more intune with the female culture of cooking and that is not sextist. Just true and me very thankful. Love the ladies cooking.

I do that! I am glad I did to becaue they werent what I wanted after I read through it.
