Anybody knows Gino?

My errands brought me to UP again, the serenest state university as far as campus ambiance appears. The other day, I saw three young men refurbishing the graffiti at the UP Wall, one art wall that has endured abstracts and expressions as vividly as the passions of the youth. Though I am not one for abstract because the colors and design render the convolution of my brain cells in a state of convulsion. , I do appreciate very much the expression in art of the young artists. I checked the wall, on a red traffic light, and discovered that the wall is not completely in dark abstract. There's an image of a young man, with a caption 1988-2017 Justice for Gino between the words ALIBI FOR, the only words probably in the long graffiti. I did not hear about Gino's death. I have long stopped listening to the dark news. But the blood of this young man must be crying out for justice. Could anyone tell me who he is and how he died?
