Do you have mouth ulcers?

I use to leave it to heal by itself too but I wish I know something that help it heal faster.

Yes, it is the same thing. I didn't know vitamin C would help to heal.

@nela13 hi dear, I have experienced this canker sores or mouth ulcer way back before, all I have to do is put a small amount of salt on the spot where have a canker sore, At first its so hurty but later on, it feels good. I do it 3x a day. 2-3 days it's already gone. Just try it, darling.

Salt seems to be a goood solution but it will burn as hell for sure

@nela13 Yes it does a little. We have a mouth ulcer gel called Bonjela here but I don't find it very good. It is used for babies teething too.

@sprite1950 all mouth ulcer gel that I have tried aren't good.

It will hurt a lot but lemon maybe be a good solution.

Only two things possible to deal with it, Rub it with salt - damn it that is painful. Rub it with something we called watermelon powder - better but still painful

@nela13 yes, me too, i have increased the volume of water that i drink in a day.

@ridingbet I had no idea that it could be related with lack of fluids in our body.

Maybe I should drink more water, I think I drink less than I should.

I have been thinking that it may be because of acid food, maybe I shoud try an alcaline diet.
