Back from the gym

Tonight's workout was a good one. It was leg day! There were 3 things to do and we cycled through them until we had done 5 sets of each. This is what we did:
1) Double kettlebell single leg deadlifts (5 x 5L/5R)
2) Bulgarian split squats (5 x 5L/5R)
3) Sandbag loaded walking lunges (5 x 100')
After that we did 8 minutes of:
a) Reverse Turkish Get-Up (1R/1L)
b) Pull-ups (alternate 3 or 5)
c) Walk around gym
Then we finished with 5 sets of 200 meters on the C2 rowing machine. My butt is already sore and I'm sure my legs will be as well in the morning. It was a great workout!
Next session is 8 am Saturday morning for Strongman!
