Busy day at the Vet

My dog pluffy had been coughing for two days, I had to take him to the Vet. Took longer than expected because more patients starts pouring through. I've seen a dog who cried because he broke his bones for hopping. The other was a German Shepherd who can't breathe . But my dog was quiet and any chance he get up, I would tell him sit down. It took half a day but we got it done and right now he's on medication.

Dogs hate vets. they need a lollipop system for dogs. Do you know that one? Here when kids are sick doctors give them lollipops so they not so scared. They used to anyway. Some feeling I get we became cold hearted and stopped dong that. I do not go to doctors anymore because cannot afford.

Hello @crossbones27 I had to check him for the vet because it gets worse. They get scared most of the time. So, it's okay. Not sure about lollipops.

I have never seen a dog cry. I hope the owner consoled him and I hope your canine friend gets well sooner

Dogs in distress are expected to cry as they also need attention and care from the owners! Yes since your dog was not that bad he behaved himself! nice to know that! Thanks!

@Letranknight2015 , Yes, they might have! It is more than pain the fear psychosis makes them nervous! So the owner needs to take them in confidence! Thanks!
