How Much Water Can you Drink In the morning?

As I have shared earlier and Most shared there experiences as well that it's best to drink water straight after we get up as it helps in cleaning our system and helps in other ways as well. So I'm doing it from few days but my max is one glass of water and Even if I try, I can't have more then that but still its helping. What About you? How Much Water Can you Drink In the morning? Please share.

I just drink the rest of my water that I had from the night before because I sleep with a water bottle next to my bed.

I usually drink a half - full water bottle. but sometimes have milk instead.

If it is winter season I can drink 1-4 glasses of water (warm water) which makes me warm up in the cold season. Honestly summer is not favoring me to drink enough water in morning. I am ending up with one glass as I drink water with normal temperature. It may be weird but true.

I bring along a water container which has about 2 glasses of water which I drink after my morning walk at the ovals. I also drink maybe 2 glasses during lunch and dinner time and likewise drink in-between meals.

Upon waking up, I brush my teeth and then proceed to drink one to two glasses of water. considering that we've been asleep for 6-8 hours, our body is dehydrated so drinking water first thing in the morning is a good habit.
