Extra hours.

Just talked to my boss and ill be going in at 8 in the morning instead of eleven thirty. Which means ill have 3.5 extra hours on my check if they let me stay till 300 which was my original going home time. Im pretty happy for that. Three and half hours might not seem like a lot but when you are an hourly employee it does actually make a difference.

I'm happy you get paid when you work extra hours. I have to work extra hours all the freaking time, and I don't get any extra compensation since I'm a salaried employee.

@thislittlepennyearns My day started off pretty rough, but ended on a high note when I was recognized with a proclamation at our city commission meeting this evening for my work in promoting water safety in our community.

Well thank you for all your hard work teaching. My grandparents were both teachers and I saw them go above and beyond without thank yous.

You're a good employee as you start earlier than you should. And it is good for you, too because of the extra income.
