Okay I assume most are aware of or at least have Idea About it. Maida is used in many ways in India. If you are aware of Samosa, it's coating is made of it. Many types of fried snacks are made from it and it's used in making biscuits and many such things And I like Maida. What About you? Do you like Maida? What Can You Do With Maida Flour? Please share.

i don't like maida and its related foods. Digestion is always incomplete in those foods. Normal flour is good for health.

Is maida flour different from regular flour? We often make bread with common flour.

Generally, people use maida in the Pratha preparation and many other food! But it's not at all good for health and maida is last form of wheat , so it has no health benefits
