Hi friends
In one of my previous discussion few of them asked a doubt about when we delete discussions it takes away the money earned for that post.it get taken away after we have been paid for the content made.does it really effect our earnings?.
I don't think they will effect our earnings..once we post discussions and get responses on the particular discussions earn cents.Once what we earned is earned and counted.
What do you say about this friends?.

A long time ago (before 2013), it used to be the case that your earnings were adjusted when any post of yours was deleted, whether it was a discussion which you had posted or just one in which you had responded or commented.
With the brand new 'earnings algorithm' which was introduced in August 2016, that is no longer the case. When a discussion is deleted, no earnings which have already been added to the total are deducted.
You should understand, however, that the 'bank' is normally updated once an hour and, if a discussion is deleted before the next update then whatever was posted between the updates will not be counted.

so the same applies to comments or response also?...im not aware of the long time ago how it is used to be so the people got confused I think...

I think this is an interesting topic. There are people going both ways here. I Don't think I ever deleted a post since being here.

It's an old question and I can tell you that when you make a good post they won't remove the earnings.
