Finally going to see Hamilton on Broadway

I got tired of entering the Hamilton (Broadway) lottery for a chance to get tickets at $10 each and never winning, so I decided to enter the Ticketmaster Verified Fan Presale for Hamilton, for a new batch of tickets that start mid-January 2019.
Luckily, I was selected for the presale and was able to get tickets. The cheapest tickets were $199 each, plus fees. And thankfully, will call was available so no delivery fees. The total came out to around $423. That is not cheap by any means but it is way more affordable than those resale tickets.
I am super excited! I just hate the fact that I have to wait until January of next year to see it.

It's a great show. I wish I had seen it in the beginning, with the original cast, before all that hype and extremely elevated prices.

Yep, next year. To see it now I would have to get resale tickets, which would cost me way more than what I paid for these presale tickets. Have to wait about 8 months but at least I am going.
