Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is gray, rainy, and cool with a current temperature of 57 degrees F here at the Jersey Shore. Not so nice. I woke up with the alarm at 6:30 am for the gym but decided not to go when my sister texted me that she wasn't going. My shoulder has really been hurting this week and was already very painful as soon as I woke up. Lifting heavy stuff probably wasn't going to help the situation so I decided to skip it today. That gave me time to watch some of the royal wedding even though I've been saying for days that I had no plans to do so. I wasn't a fan of Markle's dress or the tiara she chose. I definitely didn't understand why her cathedral-length veil was literally almost as long as the chapel. I was happy to see that the Queen attended as she normally does not attend the weddings of divorced people--true story, she even skipped the wedding of Charles and Camilla! I also liked the gospel choir and the bishop's sermon though it did go on for a bit too long. I would have loved to have known what was running through Prince Phillip's mind though! Today we have a wedding to attend ourselves. It is in a backyard which is problematic as it is, as I mentioned, cold and rainy. In any case, it is my husband's family who I love so we will have a good time no matter the weather. What's everyone else up to today?
