My hand is swollen

Because I'm the cook at my job and I'm barely starting my hand gets really swollen because I have to cut alot of chicken. But I'm glad I have a job to provide for my little ones.

Is this what you most of the day there.Yes you have to provide there. After work when home do you do anything with your hand there.?

I don't use the knife alot lol in the house . Plus the knife at work is big
