I would be lying if I didn’t say I am full of amazement …and admiration! I came across this pic on the internet while just browsing, and I saw this amazing form of transportation. Now, I have a family history with cows but never, never can I imagine how one can get an animal to sit calmly on the back of a bike (even if it is tied). Can you? They are jittery animals. What are your thoughts when you first saw this picture? Credited: Picture taken from the free internet domain.

It's obviously not one of the cows from one of the fields where i walk my dog. They wouldn't let you near enough to put them on the back of a motorbike! Quite the opposite. They would charge at you to get you out of their field!!

Exactly! You understand my amazement? I come from a family of cow herders and I know something about these huge creatures. They weigh a half tonne. One that cow is so content and two the rider has an amazing sense of balance! Wow.

I thought the cow was fake, paper made or something? If it's one alive, it's amazing.

@nela13 That's a really big supposition. Babies are even more skittish. But seeing is believing

@Jessabuma But I think that man has courage too. That cow weighs a huge amount and to balance it in a cycle is really some great skills set.

Neither me. I think they are both to be admired. The cow for it's serene acceptance, and the driver for his uncanny sense of balance. the cow is certainly not light.

That's a cow, my friend. If it shrugs, it's weight alone is to say "I am not agreeing with you'! I grew with cows...fidgety creatures.

No, I think this is real. I see other amazing pic in India and rural areas. I think most of the citizens become inventive when they live in really isolated areas.

I'd say it's a hoax. Or photoshopped. Or the cow is just super well trained. And poised. :)

I don't think this is photoshopped. Living in the countryside I have seen my father do many wondrous things also (including chaining a couch for 6 months with a dog chain ) so i am convinced this is real. Both the cow (for being serene) and the driver (for his superh sense of balance) are admirable. Who would have thought?
