Did Not Happened As Planned

I can really think up a plan and usually its packed with action and adventure. There is one thing that can always make the plan change in an instant, thunder. I could not go out and mow when its thundering because lightening comes with thunder, lightening and a metal lawnmower does not mix. I grabbed my bucket and I took the dogs out of the back yard and we went to "gather" all the wild growing foods I have on the land. I got more Chamomile flowers first, for making tea. Next we picked, me and the dogs, honeysuckles for jelly. On the way to put the dogs back up I stopped by the rose bush and gathered more of yesterdays roses, also for jelly making. I fed the dogs and it was kitty cat time. He was waiting for me on the deck so on my way there I picked another mess of spearmint, for spearmint oil I am making. I gave the cat some lovin and fed him. Back inside I took a break and got some writing accomplished since I alone, for the most part all day, Now Its mylot time. Dinner is ready and waiting, Nachos and cheese with salsa and fresh made guacamole, Hamburger meat for Tony to add to his. Yeah, Tony is Mr. Popular today, this morning fishing with his uncle, no they did not catch any, and this evening his friend came by and got him for fishing. Its been a nice day for the most part, but a storm is coming, the wind is up and the lightening is more. How was your day?
