Time to wind down a bit

Lookin into Northeast El Paso. I took this at the beginning of the month and am just now sharing it.

Well, I met my goal on another site so now I'm happy and need to get up and do a few chores. I finally uploaded the stuff I had on my camera and thought I would share this view of northeast El Paso. Mount Franklin is about 5,500 feet above sea level and as you can see it's pretty far down to the northeast part of town. Sweet dreams everyone, hope we all wake up alive tomorrow so we can talk about more stuff.

This is a nice view. The highest mountain close to home is 5,581 feet (Monte Generoso) You see the lake Lugano and the Alps from the top.

@rebelann I do love driving over/through mountains - kinda peaceful unless someone is riding your tail trying to make you speed up. Enjoy the rest of your Monday!

Yes, Mount Franklin separates the east and west parts of El Paso County and sometimes when I'm running around I drive over it more than twice.
