Back from the gym

On this summery hot afternoon with temps close in the 80s, it was a nice day to walk to the gym for Pilates class. Today was the second day we had our sub to fill in my instructor who's on vacation. Since Memorial Day is next Monday, there would be no Pilates (and probably no water aerobics) class. I know there's open swim in the pools though. So I would take that day off and enjoy my 3 day holiday weekend. It would give my body a chance to rest.
We had a small class today, probably it was so nice outside. And no Michelle. So I hope to see her soon for my aquatic PT sessions, depending when her summer schedule starts. We've used the small bags for the prop today. Here's what we've done tonight.
6 Reverse Tables
30 Diagonal Crunches (15x/side)
30 Straight Crunches
30 One-armed Leg Tap Crunches (15x/side)
1 Child's Pose and 6 Roll-Ups
6 Body Rolls
30 Straight Leg Raises and 30 Bent Leg Raises
6 Spinal Twists (3x/side)
6 Planks (3 Straight Arm, 3 Bent Elbow)
3 Hero Poses and 4 Half-Hero Poses (2x/side)
3 Half-Happy Baby Poses
I think that's about it. By the way, tomorrow afternoon, it'll be another 70% chance thunderstorm. So there's a good chance I'm canceling my swim lessons with Paige tomorrow.

Went to boxing yesterday afternoon. After 12 rounds of boxing training, I did some weight training.
I did overhead presses, hammer curls, and inclined bench press. For all three exercises I used two 20lb dumbbells and I did 4 sets doing 8 reps each set.

@KristenH seriously? I've always thought that 20lbs is on the lighter side of weights.
Guess, it is time to bump it up a bit.

Yeah today I did my NIH Go4Life exercise video. Then I did some raking and mowing. I was dragging, so decided to go outside and get some fresh air and ended up getting energized.
