I'm not good at cooking, so no signature dish. Even if I want to practice cooking or watch some cook show to improve it I don't have time. Tell us about a signature dish you cook?

I am "famous" here (little pat on my shoulder) for my homemade bread. I add red chili peppers from the garden and lots of shredded cheese. Unfortunately the pics I have are stuck on my broken pc.
