Happy Wednesday or should I say Hump Day! I just finished writing in my Gratitude Journal. It's so easy to go day to day and not be grateful for the air we breathe, the water we drink, the house we live in, reliable transportation, the clothes on our backs, the shoes on our feet, money in our bank account, etc. I am sure this list can go on and on for most of us. If you have not already, start a Gratitude Journal today and begin with what you are grateful for, the big and the small. So, here's my Gratitude Journal sample: Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers. Ephesians 1:16 KJV Today I am grateful for the sun shining, the cool breeze flowing through my windows, and the ability to type this positive blog. I am grateful to see another beautiful day. I am grateful for husband and children. I am grateful for you, my MyLot Family. I am grateful for the ability to think positive and to encourage others along the way. Blessings and peace sent your way on today!

Positive thinking certainly goes a long way. Reading scripture can help when there is trouble. There is beauty within and outer beauty as well.

@Teep11 Yes, I agree with you my friend. My gratitude journal is based on scripture throughout. Scripture keeps you grounded on what is important. Be blessed!
