I had thought that she was mute. She only gave out some yelps, and mostly to see if she could make me do something for her. She was a very manipulative baby! But now, after a long wait (I thought I should call the vet), she finally discovered las week that being angry also got her dividends. So, when people are playing with her and tire and want to rest, she grabs a border of the jeans or a shoe and barks. The cheek!!!

I am learning to bark too. I play with her and I run as much as I can, I confront her and bark

I bet that she is confused by that strange language. Do you talk to your animals?

I talk all the time to Willy, the cat of my neighbors. He listens and sometimes meows to reply.

I think that dogs relate more to human beings. I guess only dogs are really domestic.

Hi Marguicha. Wonderdul! Luna is barking just like when a baby learns to talk. When I had my Monique, i would talk to her as if she is listening and understanding what I am saying.

I was worried because she did not bark at first. Now she is learning. As you say, it is as when children learn to talk.
