Do you have plans for Memorial Day weekend?

This weekend is the kickoff of summer here at the Jersey Shore. The crowds and traffic increase, especially on weekends. It gets really crazy. The neighbors start randomly shooting fireworks off at all hours of the night. At least I won't have to worry about my old man cat being terrified this year as he has passed on.
Anyway, I don't have any big plans so far. My husband is going camping with a friend of ours down in Cape May for at least Friday night and maybe Saturday night too. I have my 8 am Strongman Saturday workout planned. . . and that's about it. I will most likely spend some time clearing out my vegetable garden beds and go buy plants to put in them. This is another year that I'm late on that. Oh well. My cousin is having a barbecue on Sunday but it is supposed to rain and her house is too small to have everyone comfortably inside so we will probably skip that.
Do YOU have any plans for the holiday weekend? Any parties planned?

No plans for the holiday weekend suppose to rain from Friday to Sunday and be nice Monday.

No plans. Holiday weekends are bad to go out because of crowds.

I work Saturday. So no plans that day. I don't know about Sunday but I am willing to bet that I work then too. So probably nothing exciting either day.
