That was my breakfast this morning. It simply means (simply if you are Thai, that is) an omelette with minced pork. It is a very popular dish here and can be had at any restaurant or food vendor cart.
It also can be made with chicken or shrimp but I prefer the pork.
Unfortunately, I had eaten a lot of it before I decided to post this.
