Fitness is a generic word used by everyone in today's times. In this fast paced life it has become very important for everyone to keep themselves healthy. As the saying goes "No health no wealth". Nowadays if we see more and more people have become health conscious which is a good thing. Due to increase in awareness among people for fitness, there are huge amount of gyms opening in different cities across the world. Many new form of workouts are discovered and people has a wide variety to choose from the workouts which interests them. Workouts like basic gym exercise, Pilates, power yoga, aerobics, zoomba dance etc. Many people prefer walking as well as jogging too. Yoga and pilates are the workouts which has gained much importance nowadays. Fitness is very important for everyone. Fitness isn't defined as something that's related to body size. Fitness is something that your body is capable enough to walk properly for long time without any problem or u remain active the whole day as a result of any form of exercise in which one indulges. Personally for me I prefer walking and doing little gym. It creates a lot of difference as one feels fresh and active throughout the day. It's also very good for a sound mental health. Many diseases are getting cured because of yoga. Lastly would recommend everyone to take out some time from their busy schedule and indulge in some form of exercise be it walking, jogging, yoga, cycling, gyming etc.

Atleast everyone can walk for few minutes to meet the minimum requirements of a fit lifestyle.

i really love to be fit but its really hard for me most of the time busy and i cant get up early because of my daily schedule and its get me sick lately. i need to get reduce weight because even i reduce my meal I'm still i gain more weight.
