Donald Trump forbidden by court to block Twitter users

Seems the Twit-In-Chief might have to just learn to deal with people that disagree with his Tweets instead of blocking them from access to his Twitter account. Being as he uses the account officially for public (and political) means, basically the court has ruled he does not have a right to censor others from stating opinions on it. Of course, I imagine Lord Dampnut will try to make some type of appeal to the decision.
A federal judge in Manhattan ruled on Wednesday that President Trump’s practice of blocking Twitter users who criticize him is unconstitutional.

I think blocking users who criticize is a childish act and not apt for a President.

Kind of a badge of honour to be blocked by him.

He has no choice, he's the President of the country. He should do his best and unite the people instead of dividing them.

JJ. You're the man! Am so glad they do not block tweets in open public forums like this one. No wonder your post is top rated. You are on point. #full transparency !

That's interesting. A court in Kentucky recently declared that our governor could block people on his Twitter account. It's sad that we're going to spend a lot of money that could be spent elsewhere to take this to the Supreme Court. Over a freaking Twitter account.

I cannot begin to understand his mentality. There are much more professional ways of communication for someone to use professionally-but given who we are speaking about, I'll just agree that you're right, and he will probably appeal this decision.

He really has a Dictator mentality, for the moment he try to "block" all those who disagree. Give him more power and they will make them "disappear".

I think Trump has full right to block anyone whom he thinks is not willing to follow his opinion!

Not as a public government figure. As a private citizen, yes.

@JolietJake Do you think he handles his official account himself? Top public figures appoint media experts to handle their accounts for them.
