Just heard on the radio that it's day one of the Toronto Poutine Fest ( four days, 50 varieties of "gourmet" poutine. Who could ask for more?

Well, I guess they can change up the cheeses and sauces, maybe even sweet potato fries?

Looked at two of them out of curiosity and they seem pretty good hope you get to enjoy at least one or two of them.
