Do you think some advertisements make unnecessary use of women?

Advertisements are part of day to day life.We can see brilliant ads and time consuming ads as well.They communicate a lot of ideas . I am pointing those ads where they use women which are not necessary.For example, there are ads for shaving cream where we can see the presence of a girl.Do you think they are unnecessary in such ads?

I don't think so. Shaving cream is used by men but they are also eager to hear the comments from the other part.
