Just Watching The Rain Fall

Here I sit at my kitchen table looking out at the rain softly falling. I can't even say how many days it has been raining and from what I understand, there is no end in sight.
I'm ok with the rain, I have so many things to keep me occupied inside that I never get bored. However, my husband is about to drive me crazy.
He is the outdoor type. He needs to be doing something at all times, preferably outside. With the rain we have been having he is stuck here inside with me.
I don't mind the rain falling softly the way it has been. The plants and flowers are loving it. Because it is a gentle rain you can sit outside on our back deck because it has a roof. For me that is enough.

It started raining yesterday evening and it stopped at 1 pm. today. It lasted less than a day, but now I am very happy to see the sun again.
