From Liberal Media like CNN to conservative media like Fox news to Conspiracy theory YouTube news like Alex Jones, This Poor guy is being mocked. He could have at least applied on a strip club or something. Any kind of Job, he should not be picky.

He must be very angry with his parents. Now almost the whole world knows about him. This is a shame. I can understand her parents' difficulties. I hope the young man can cheer up and get a job early.

I never been to college and it is so easy for me to find a job. If there is a will there is a way but he doesnt look determined. He gave up on his dreams.

I am shocked the parents sued their 30 year old son unemployed son. If he sat around all day doing nothing that would have been annoying for the parents. He could have found voluntary work to add to his CV. He might have found on-line work. He could become homeless. How can he find a job when he has no where to live.

He is old enough to find a job, if he does not even looked for a job it is because he is lazy and he liked to stay in his parents house and do nothing all the day.

Apparently his parents dont really mind him if he have no job, they have issue with him not helping on chores

If he helped at least on the chores, I think his parents would have not mind him staying. His parents went too far though.

@CaptAlbertWhisker I think his parents were exasperated and I can understand very well how they felt.

I know many people who are still living with their parents in their 30s. It's not just our generation either, my aunt lived with my grandparents for a big chunk of her adult life and they raised her kids. I had a great uncle who lived at home with his mom his entire life. This whole "failure to launch" thing is nothing new, people are just making a bigger deal over it now because it's another way they can hate on Millennials. No one knows what this guy's issues are, whether he has mental health issues or other problems. His parents shouldn't have publicly humiliated him over this.

@Srbageldog i know people whose parents are begging them to come back-myself included-because the cost of living is out of control and THEY can't afford their house without their kids. . ..although i must say it's a huge burn to the same parents who said "if you don't like it,you can move" when you hit 18..

In Asia, Most sons lives with their parents even if the have successful careers and they are married. This guy is a different case though since he remained depending on his parents and he is not helping with the bills. His parents though should have not embarrassed him in front of the world.

@CaptAlbertWhisker Like I said, no one knows what kind of issues he has. He might have bad anxiety for all we know, or depression, or some other mental illness that prevents him from functioning like a normal adult.

It seemed like he decided to hide from media after all of this. Maybe he declined the reality show offer.

I have no real opinion about the guy, but the media definitely ruined this guy's chances of ever turning things around.

@CaptAlbertWhisker lol He might never leave the studio set, and would be taken to court again. Wait... this guy might be a genius. What if that was his plan the whole time? What if it was him that contacted the media?

I'm tempted to blame the parents, but at the same time, the guy could have been very manipulative. But again, parents shouldn't be manipulated by their own children. Sure, I don't know the whole story, but it sounds strange they waited until he turned 30 and opted for a drastic solution like this. At least he went viral and probably makes money out of it. 50% blame to parents, 50% blame to those who say "follow your dreams, never give up dreaming".

His Parents might have spoiled him when he was a kid. I understand he is a bum but they should have at least not try to give him media attention. They turned him into the face of a failing generation. He is making money from the interviews I think.

Many good parents do hard things to their sons in order to help them to be responsible for their life.Hope this man gets a job. However, no one has the right to mock him.He might have his problems to sort out. After all, how many young men want to stay with his old parents these days!

He is a person with a lot of flaws, he is not the only bum in the world, So his parents embarrassing him for the world to see is way too far.

@josie_ Apparently he have a son and he lost custody of the child because he is a bum. @thislittlepennyearns I can't see your comment because you blocked me. I think it is accident because you still comment on my discussions. I want to reply on your comment but I can't see it.

I don't feel bad about him. There's no way he can't find a job especially in a town that size. Thirty is too old to be home relying on your parents for everything.
