Yes I used a toluna VPN which i signed up on another forum. Instant ban without a chance to reverse the ban.

Oh I also do not know the full term for it. It is like a virtual network that allow you to tracked and you can bypass some sites restriction somehow As well

I think you have to give up that website and find a new one to make money.

I've never been banned from any site.
That being said: if I felt unfairly banned I would do one of two things 1. Contact the admin of the site and ask why I was removed. Or 2. Simply set up a new account with a different screen name and email address
