Super bird

I went to the cemetery yesterday and took about 1000 pictures..many of them were of at least 4 separate Canadian geese families with babies of varied sizes...
This was a young gosling. But only after I took it I thought he looks so big maybe I was photographing ostriches and didn't remember. Lol.
When you don't have a bigger object in the photo for comparison.. It really is hard to judge size.

@infatuatedbby lol. Yep.. I mean I got out a few times.. but not when around the babies.. I don't want to be chased down by geese.

It did look like big to me, Minx. That gosling seems to be so serious. I wonder what it is thinking.

Where I have just been on vacation there were lots of swans. On morning when I was walking the dogs one of them charged at me as she had her babies with her! They can be quite fierce. Your pic really does look like a young ostrich.
