Sorry, was on tesco home shop an then Cbeebies with my 2 year old but no-one has answered any of my discussions while I was away, I'm off again in a minute.

In the US it is still pretty early, plus it is Sunday. Many people sleep in or go to church on Sunday morning. It will pick up by this evening.
