Could those DNA tests be wrong?

I have been hearing about Ancestry.com and other DNA tests. I have seen videos on YouTube about people who thought they were one or more Nationalities and when they took the tests, the tests showed they were not as much of the Nationality as their parents had always told them. They were more of a Nationality they never considered.
Could the tests be wrong?

I don't believe so. It's our DNA structure. Our ancestors moved around a lot, trying to find viable and safe land, become a part of a community they felt welcome in, etc etc. I had a DNA test done through ancestry a couple of years ago and it pretty much told me what I expected it to say. We get 50 / 50 from our parents, though recently I have seen something about how we inherit traits more from our fathers than our mothers.
I have seen the youtube videos but I've not watched any of them. I figured they were big spoofs / gimmicks / silly so I didn't bother.

@LeaPea2417 Look how long it takes for the Police when they need a "serious" DNA test to identify people. It is long, it requires several samples, it is expensive.

What @NJChicaa said. Your ancestors may have immigrated to the country/continent they resided in for centuries afterward.

I'm not convinced that they are totally accurate. I've studied my family tree. I know what mine should say if I were to get the DNA test...but I'm too cheap. Not willing to put money into something that frivolous.

I think the same thing you are saying.
