Strawberry picking

Today my 3 year old, my 9 year old nephew, my sister in law and myself weren’t to a farm and went strawberry picking. We found some good ones and now we are going to find out what to do with all of the strawberries that we got today. What would you make if you had a basket full of strawberries?

Straw berries were not grown locally in the past in India , now they are grown and they are available in market in plenty! No idea what to make with that huge amount of strawberries as we have them only in fruit salads! Thanks!

You cut them add sugar and eat them like that right away or let them sit for a day. They are good as a dessert. You make ice cream with them. You blend and freeze them and make sherbert. You can just freeze the strawberries and make smoothies or milkshakes or just eat them frozen

We haven't gone yet this year . . . we love strawberry picking! If it's freshly picked, we like to eat them as is . . . they are so perfectly sweet.

Strawberry shortcake would be the first thing on the menu! My mom and I would spend many days picking strawberries so she could make strawberry jam.
